ECI Group is a Polish private equity group headquartered in Warsaw, the capital of Poland and a member state of the European Union.

ECI Group has been operated as a set of various companies and investment funds for over 30 years. During this time, it has primarily invested in Poland, with a focus on diversified business activities, including real estate, geology, mining, and multimedia. ECI Group is a highly regarded developer in Warsaw. ECI Group has also made significant investments in France, as well as in a number of other countries across Europe and Asia, including Singapore and Laos. The total value of all investments made by the ECI Group to date is in excess of USD 300 million.

ECI Group has established a special purpose subsidiary, GLM Lao Co., via its Singapore structure (Champa GLM Singapore PTE Ltd.). Ltd. has been operating in Laos in the area of mineral's exploration since 2017. GLM Lao is engaged in the exploration of gold and related minerals in Sanakham Province, Laos.

Presently, GLM Lao Co. Ltd. is currently undertaking a feasibility study, incorporating an environmental impact assessment, and developing a proposal for small-scale mining and gold production on a designated portion of the license area where the initial deposit has already been documented.

It is anticipated that a mining licence for the documented gold deposit in the relevant part of the licence area will be issued by the end of 2025. Next exploration drilling campaign is underway. Further exploration results will inform the consideration of the next mining licences.
